Enjoy generous sized, self contained Cotswold stone annex. Comfortable and new; looks out onto your own patio. Equipped kitchen, sitting area and new double bed. Walk-in shower, gas central heating. Perfectly located 10 min walk into town (2 mins by car). Buses to Oxford, Blenheim & London. 15 mins to Soho Farmhouse and 5 mins to Estelle Manor.

We are a family with two children at home aged 15 and 18 and an older son, who's away travelling. I’m normally around, I work mostly from home. The annex has its own key box, so you can check in anytime after 2pm. (Late returns from weddings are fine we won't hear you).

New Yatt Road is a lovely area of the town. Leafy lined streets and large houses. Very secure. We are on the edge of the small town, there's a pub on the same road, close to shops and supermarkets with open fields around the corner. Parking on our drive in-front of your accommodation, there's a ring camera overseeing the vehicles.
