Please note the third bedroom is an annex separate from the main house room with a toilet and wash basin only. Shower facilities are available in the main house only. The annex is not suitable for children for security and safety reasons. It is advisable for ages above 16 only. Please message the owner for further information.
The property looks out onto open farmland at the rear of the property. The area has a predominately retired population. Therefore please respect the neighbours who are elderly.
