Set in a classic London mansion block near Paddington, this spacious raised ground-floor apartment (6 steps; single-level inside) is designed for comfortable group stays and longer visits, sleeping up to 7 guests across four bedrooms with flexible bed configurations. Located around a 10-minute walk from Paddington Station (Heathrow Express and major transport links) and close to Edgware Road, the apartment offers excellent access to central London, Oxford Street, and Hyde Park. The surrounding area combines central convenience with a quieter, more residential feel, with restaurants, cafes, and local amenities within easy walking distance. The property features two super king beds (splittable), one king bed (splittable), and one single bed. Two bathrooms serve the flat: an ensuite with walk-in shower and a main bathroom with a bath and shower attachment (please note there is a higher step into the tub). The large kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cookware and tableware, along with a tea and coffee starter pack (including Nespresso and moka pot) and basic essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. The bright living and dining area offers high ceilings, large windows, comfortable seating, TV, and fast Wi-Fi. Additional features include gigabit-speed Wi-Fi with mesh coverage and Ethernet ports, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and all necessary cleaning and laundry supplies. Bedrooms include blackout curtains, mattress protectors, extra blankets, luggage racks, and vanity mirrors. Check-in is simple via lockbox. On-site paid parking is available (limited), with additional street parking and public car parks nearby. Please note: the apartment is located on a raised ground floor (6 steps, no lift). Beds are prepared in their standard (unsplit) configuration for all bookings; alternative arrangements can be made from the following day for a small linen fee. The property is not suitable for loud groups or parties.

Getting around: Paddington Station is a short walk with the Heathrow Express (~15 mins), national rail and multiple Underground lines for fast links across London. Frequent buses run along Edgware Road and Maida Vale; taxis and ride-hailing are readily available. Santander Cycles and Lime e-bikes have nearby docking stations. Many streets are permit-only for parking; use pay-by-phone bays or nearby public car parks. On-site paid parking is available at the property (limited).
