As part of this process, guests will be required to complete either a refundable security deposit of £300 or select a £35 non-refundable deposit waiver.

Towel Policy
To help us maintain our linen standards, we provide one bath towel per guest for the duration of the stay.

A damage deposit of £300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
