Swallow Cottage is a quaint 3 bedroom end of terrace home, complete with: 2 bathrooms (with shower), a large open plan kitchen with fireplace, a separate 8 seater dining room and comfortable lounge seating area. The fully equipped kitchen leads onto a small backyard (with BBQ and outdoor seating available). Free on-site parking. Swallow Cottage is situated in the heart of the village, with a 5 min walk to the castle and plenty of nearby pubs and top quality restaurants. Relax in the village or choose to explore - there are plenty of local attractions and activities to choose from. Perfect to use as a base while working in the Dale's.
As a keen golfer, I know the value of being away with friends in a comfortable atmosphere and I enjoy sharing that with others. This is the first property that we have done this with and we are hoping to grow this into something bigger. Middleham is a superb area for walking, cycling and outdoor activities with top quality restaurants and pubs to relax in with friends afterwards. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Swallow Cottage is a cosy 3 bed guest house located at the heart of the historic market town of Middleham, in the Yorkshire Dale's which is in the epicentre of the Yorkshire Horseracing community. The home spills onto a wide selection of pubs and restaurants, perfect after an active day out exploring nearby sights such as the childhood home of Richard 3, Catterick Racecourse, Aysgarth falls or The Wensleydale steam train. There is a grocery store in the village for essentials, and nearby town of Leyburn is a 5 minute drive for a wider selection of shops.
