Tannery Cottage is a 19th century cottage located in Burford, Oxfordshire, in a quiet location. The owners have created a very stylish bolt hole that epitomises the classic English country charm, with its original flagstone floors, the wonky beams and oak flooring. The property opens up to an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area with views to the garden, as well as a living room with a wood burner. Upstairs has three double bedrooms, the one on the top floor can be split into twins on request, which must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival. Bathroom with over the bath shower, WC and basin . Outside you will find an enclosed garden area with furniture provided. Roadside parking is available on the quiet street. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Please note this property has a Good House Keeping Bond of 100, this will be shadowed at the time of booking. Note: The stairs to the twin room are steep and therefore not suitable for the less mobile or very young, the stairs up to the first floor are also steep. Note: This cottage is suited to 4 adults only. Note: There are 3 bedrooms as the cottage is only suitable for four people. Customers won't have use of all 3 bedrooms, you can choose between either having two double beds, or one double and two singles. Please note that the bed in the top bedroom can be made as a double or twin. Requests for this must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival.
