A cleverly designed one bedroomed annexe. Offering a kingsize zip & link bed that converts to two singles if preferred, by prior arrangement. The Hideaway benefits from a private entrance, giving total privacy during your stay. A key lock is available for use when a personal meeting is not available.(Only pre registered named guests are accepted at the property.) The unique property is comfortable, cosy and perfectly placed for anyone wishing to stay near Bolton and visit delights of the North of England. Located on the edge of the Lancashire/ GreaterManchester border. There are numerous walks, several restaurants and pubs to visit. It's also easy to commute if you wish to travel further afield. THIS PROPERTY CANNOT ACCOMMODATE STAYS OF MORE THAN 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS UNLESS AGREED PRIOR TO BOOKING WITH THE HOST.l
I have lived in the Bolton area for over 30 yrs but originally from the south of England. I offer this lovely newly built annexe attached to my bungalow to guests for short stay. An escape from the hustle and bustle it is ideal for people wanting to explore all that is to offer in the North West. Guests will have the advantage of private accommodation, but the advantage of my being close to hand should they require help and assistance. I have experience in renting elsewhere, and am looking forward to meeting people wishing to visit this area, which is a hidden gem with so much to offer. I am also happy to offer a celebration pack (at an extra charge) for guest wishing to customise the Hideaway for their celebrating birthday/anniversaries or special visit.
Lovely quiet residential area, close to Bolton and all the local amenities. Situated next to open countryside but easily accessible to the main link routes for the motorway and trainline. Buses run regularly. An ideal base offering easy access to the countryside, coast and lakes. There is also easy access routes to Manchester and the Trafford centre if you're looking for a busier cosmopolitan vibe. Parking is available on the drive. It is easy to leave this quiet haven and link via a 20 min drive with the motorway system. The M65 gives access to the M6 as does the M62. This opens up visits to the Lakes, Blackpool, Manchester, Liverpool and many more places of interest.
