The Old Manse is a listed Georgian house adjoining Lowick's former Church of Scotland. Once the home of the Minister, it features a fine semi-circular staircase and full-length arched window. Its garden is full of colour, and guests are welcome to enjoy it. We have two bedrooms for guests - The Garden Room is spacious, and has a bath with shower fittings. The Wisteria Room is a cosy bedroom, with shower.

Lowick is a quiet village only 5 miles from Holy Island and Lindisfarne mid way between Berwick-upon-Tweed and the Cheviot Hills. Nearby attractions include Ad Gefrin, Bamburgh and the Farme Islands. Ours is a friendly village with a church, 2 pubs, a garage and a local shop. Nearby the Kyloe Hills and St Cuthbert’s way offer wonderful walks and fabulous views. St Cuthbert's Way runs nearby [and pilgrims can be collected and returned to their journey to or from Lindisfarne, by arrangement]. Berwick and Alnwick offer the attractions of Northumberland at its best - with Castles, Museums, Shops and Restaurants. Both are on the A1, and Berwick benefits from the East Coast Main Line. Coast and countryside are our greatest assets, with stunning beaches, and gorgeous landscapes to explore. We have few of the benefits of the big city - what's not to like?!
