Our bedrooms are spacious and comfortable in this unique, character home. Quietly situated with no passing traffic,The Old Mill is only 5 minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and pubs in the town. Parking is off the road, right by our front door.

Hi! We are Patrick and Paulette and we love Northumberland! People like cheerful, friendly service, which is good value for money.This is what we aim to give. We enjoy wildlife, photography, folk music - and we look forward to meeting you here.

Wooler is known as the Gateway to the Cheviots - and for good reason! Wonderful walking in the hills of the Northumberland National Park start from the town, yet we are only 20 minutes from the beautiful North Northumberland coast. The castles at Bamburgh and Alnwick are half an hour's drive from here, and if you fancy the culture or bright lights of the city, Edinburgh and Newcastle are between 60 and 90 minutes travel time. Guests nearly always leave without ticking everything off their list - so allow more time than you think!
