Angus is a very welcoming host and always happy to spend time giving advice on places to visit. The cottage is well positioned for visiting local attractions (Lindisfarne, Bamburgh, Wooler, Ford, Etal, Berwick and many others).

A beautiful conversion from a victorian stable to a holiday cottage, which sits alongside the owners home and Bed and Breakfast accommodation in The Gables, Duddo, which is a rural setting, approximately 7 miles from the historical town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. 2 acres of grounds to wander around, surrounded by lovely walks and undulating countryside. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil with a wood burner to keep you cosy during cooler evenings or fresh autumnal/winter days. Please note: Restricted head height in the mezzanine bedroom area.
Music, socialising and meeting people. Countryside, nature, lead vocals in professional band for events.
Quiet, private space with views of the Cheviot Hills in the garden. Outside of Duddo village, so very private, a few cottages dotted about the landscape a quarter mile away. An elevated position, that has many quiet roads to walk, run or cycle along. On the sustrans cycle route. 2miles from the pretty Ford and Etal Estates and Hestherslaw mini railway. 20 minute drive to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. Easy access to main East Coast rail line to Edinburgh/Newcastle.
