Situated just 3 mins walk from Preston Train Station with direct links to Manchester Airport. Enjoy the convenience of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and high street shops on your doorstep as well as being able to walk to the Law Courts and UCLAN.
Designed meticulously for the discerning business and leisure guest who require more than just a hotel room to return home to with your own laundry and cooking facilities in a clean, quiet and private space.
Each boutique apartment has it's own entrance lobby, bathroom with large walk in rain shower and complimentary premium organic toiletries. Enjoy the best sleep in our UK hand crafted king sized four poster and upholstered beds and deep pocket sprung mattresses. Our fully-equipped kitchens have all the standard integrated cooking appliances as well as microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, detergents and L'OR Barista coffee machines with complimentary coffee pods.
Work using high speed WiFi and relax in the evenings watching movies on our 55 inch LG smart TVs. Heating is guest controlled in each apartment. Charge laptops and smart devices with usb sockets and wireless phone docking chargers.
For stays of two weeks or more we offer complimentary weekly cleans with fresh bedding and towels as well as the service of a dedicated guest manager and 24/7 guest helpline. Luggage storage and parking are available upon request.
