We are in the lush country side with views of farm animals and hills. Tranquil cottage gardens to explore with a cute Hobitt hole for the kids to play in. Enjoy a Kaimai sunset in the deluxe hot tub with lights and bluetooth. We are a busy couple working in town so you will need to be independent. Your continental breakfast ingredients will be provided in your room in the evening before to make your own We have a very friendly black cat on site. If you have cat allergys this would not be suitable. Please be careful to put the correct address in your GPS as 998a Tauranga Road Te Poi. Alternatively 998a state highway 24 TePoi. There is the same street name in Waihi one hour away. The room is set up with a Queensize bed and a couch that pulls out to a double bed so comfortably sleeps 4 people if happy to share 2 beds. These are all in one common area with your dining table. There is no separate bedroom. We have a porta cot available on request for babys. The unit is completely separate from the main house so you have plenty of privacy.
We love travelling ourselves and enjoy talking to guests from all around the world. We both enjoy gardening and our 8 grandchildren are often around during weekends.
Hobitton movie set is 15mins drive away. Rotorua is 45mins drive, Mount Maunganui beach is 35mins. Matamata town is 10mins drive with all types of food cafes and restaurants to choose from.
