Everything is so good. The place is classic style decoration but so clean. The outdoor bathroom was nice atmosphere. Perfect location and peaceful but close to Bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. Even though a solo trip but did not feel lonely here.

The surroundings are so beautiful! I love that they have a free shuttle to take you from and to the station, but if you don’t make it on time for that, a taxi will cost around 10 usd. Also is less than 20 min walk. They include a Yukata, tea and delicious cookies in the bedroom, and let us use the private Onsen. The breakfast in the morning is huge and amazing and delicious, I highly recommend to get it. I love that have laundry and a nice map of the Ryokan so you don’t get lost. The host are so friendly and kind and fun. We had a great time and for sure would love to go back and stay there again. Highly recommended.

Location is great. Perfect for family who just want to have a short getaway to Takayama. The pastry at the next door’s bakery tasted so good! We enjoyed the morning market, bath house and restaurant nearby too.

We love how spacious the place is and how clean it is. It was also near everything - supermarket, the tourist places, everything! The host was also very responsive and friendly. Great place to stay for families. We love this place!

The location is close from the station. We had one very large Japanese room for 4 people and they was a small room next to the big one. It felt like a flat. The onsen is lovely. The staff is very helpful.

We love and enjoyed our stay in this simple house. It has everything we need and it was extremely clean. The location is very accessible to nearby stores and public transportation. The parking spot is also big enough for a big vehicle and makes it easy to park. We look forward to visit again.

This place is more than I expect. A room is comfort and warm in a winter season. All facilities in the room are very good . The location is a few minutes from Nihi bus station and many restaurants.

The accommodation has a great location, and they also provide a nearby parking area. The house is fully equipped with everything needed. I really liked it, and if I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is wonderful, the lounge includes a buffet and very cozy spaces to read and relax. There is the possibility to book a private onsen (for an extra fee). The room was clean, spacious, fully equipped and in full japanese style. We highly recommend staying here. Plus, the staff was extremely helpful and kind!

A wonderful stay in Takayama. The house is very spacious and extremely comfortable, ideal for larger groups. We were a group of eight people (four adults) and the space accommodated everyone very well. The house is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully organized. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the Morning Market, which made it very easy to explore the area on foot. The kitchen is well equipped and the house also has space to park two cars, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Takayama. I would definitely return. Rating: 10/10.
