Loved everything about this resort. Very clean and the food was excellent. You get access to two beaches which is a bonus. The staff were great and the location is close to everything. This is a family resort although there is an adult only tower but I would recommend it for a family vacation

The facilities were a little dated but this November 2024 I understand will be updated over the next 18 months, but they where in Good working order and moderne. Great Mexico. Villa style. The room was wonderful but a sitting area rather than a whirlpool would be great in the Junior suit.

Hotel is 3 mins walk from main bus station (ADO) and main Tulum street, which is nicer and more authentic than hotel zone walking area. Many nice restaurants around, big grocery store in front of bus station. Despite it is next to road, it closes its gate and inside it feels like little jungle. Nice pool, hammocks, very relaxing. Rooms are big, clean, people nice, breakfast not huge choice and u only get to choose one option, but you can purchase extra for about 7USD.
