Stayed just for one night and it was perfect. I can't really review spa and pool, but otherwise, everything was great. Staff is really kind and professional. What I really appreciated was the vegan options during breakfast. Lots of vegetable, fruit, vegan cheese, lots of different spreads.

Location superb. Central. Close to train station - we left by train. The staff at the Registration Desk were always helpful, particularly because we were expecting a pickup of a package bound for Germany by FedEx. FedEx failed to help but your staff were wonderful and very helpful in reassuring us and the German company that the package was safely stored.

We liked everything from the friendly staff, to the complimentary drinks. The Jacuzzi on the roof was excellent and could be used anytime day or night.

Very modern and new hotel, room is big, door is big, bed is big, very comfortable. Parking is free. Reception girl is very pretty beautiful and nice and helpful. Breakfast is very delicious.

We visited this place with 2 kids. It's a lovely place to stay and very close to tourist attractions. Family friendly place.

The location & the staff very helpful

Great hotel! They changed the hours of the pool until 9PM and on weekends until 10PM, this was a big plus. Each room has a streammer you can connect your phone / laptop to, staff was very good and the restaurant / bar below was great!

Location if perfect, next to the river and not far from city center.

The room was big and we had plenty of space for the four of us. We had two toilets which was very nice! Breakfast was yummy. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids each evening of our stay.

The location was great, just a short walk to the old town area and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Wow,where do I start. This is by far one of the best places that I have ever stayed at. It's location is perfect. The instructions on how to get in worked perfectly. The river is no more than a five minute walk. The number of restaurants and convenience stores are all easily reached in a few minutes. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is new and the the room we stayed in was very nice. The location could not be better. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect and so many amenities for a very reasonable price. We didn’t have a wine bottle opener and they rushed one over in 15 min. Great service.

The location, apartment layout. Very comfy bed and chairs. Awesome lighting however it took me a while to memorize which switch is turning on/off what. And of course... The jacuzzi. This compensates rather small shower space.

Incredible location and incredible value for money. If you can find 3 friends it's an even better deal. The fact it's close to Wawel Castle makes it even better.
