Excellent location. So easy to get public transport to anywhere in Melbourne. I really like the option of having a room with no housekeeping, it's often not needed and getting fresh towels was not a problem. Very handy to a self service laundry on premises. Great restaurants nearby. Their restaurant was good too !! Great sized rooms with little kitchenette and a large fridge, able to shop and make own breakfasts. The rates are excellent for the quality

Location, location, location. We stayed at Tolarno to attend the Australian Grand Prix and it is well located for access to Albert Park.

It was accessible and had the amenities available for me to use. The staff was very accommodating and ready to help. I especially would like to thanks Sahil and his other colleague who I forgot the name for answering all my questions and providing me with all the help I needed when I was there. Too bad that I didn’t see both of them when I checked out as I would have loved to tip them for their assistance. I’m definitely staying there on my next trip.

very comfortable stay and lovely ambience both the lobby and living room. they had a comfortable and beautiful shared pantry that we used for our morning coffee. staff were very friendly and accommodative. very value for money and enjoyed the stay greatly

Great apartment, large and spacious. Well equipped including details like aluminum foil, baking paper and cling film. In the lobby you can sit and make free coffee or tea. For those looking to be in this area, simply excellent.

Beautiful heritage building...in the process of being renovated...a massive job but already well along...Jeff the host is gold! He will go out of his way for you and cares about you and your stay beyond just the money...I asked for a heater and he gave me a complimentary room upgrade! Very happy with a bigger room with a Tv...heater and a small fridge...Other guests were a lovely friendly mix of locals...families of Alfred Hospital patients and overseas travellers...Location near CBD...St Kilda...Prahan and Fawkner Park is a delight...24 hour servo with late night Hungry Jacks across the road...Trams and buses right outside...Very comfy but firm mattresses...Plenty of crockery in the kitchen...found a coffee cup no problem and op shop just up the road...

The room was spectacular. Very clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower and very hot water. Everything we needed in the room. Loved the balcony for fresh air and view of the city. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Off street parking with a discount.

Have stayed here before and will stay here again. I love the old world charm of this place. My husband likes that there is off road parking provided for free. There is a great pub walking distance from the hotel and it is also close to Junction Oval where we watch the Aussie women's cricket team play.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Large room, great bathroom with bath and stylish decor. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

The staff that I would like to commend for their outstanding customer service and professionalism: Jill, James, Ella, Kathleen and Gerard. They all went above and beyond what I expected. The room was amazing and the boutique hotel was very luxurious. If you are looking for the best experience and the best room in a beautiful top-end hotel, look no further. We will be back. Everything about this hotel is top drawer and so comfortable! We were even able to check in early and freshen up before touring.
