Location was excellent, views were amazing, room was gorgeous and felt so luxurious.

We got a personal modem for our room, which worked absolutely good since hotel internet was not working well.👍👍👍

We loved everything about our accommodation Loved the location. Beds were very comfortable. It was like a home away from home. We loved Sr. Mildred. Had many cconversations with her. Multiple apologies for cross words expressed in out unit. I woukd book again if travelling to Victoria.

Great location, super walkable to food, transit, and sights. Breakfast was great, didn't use the pool or gym. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Amazing location but its the customer service that really makes Ovolo Laneways my go-to hotel in Melbourne. I was given a free room upgrade and upon entering the room there was a cute welcome gift of jellybeans with a note saying "We've missed you, it's 'bean' a while". Adorable! The amenities in the room are always exceptional, and the staff are always friendly.

Every detail, from the rugs to the wall colors and tiles, was spot on. A stylish and inviting space—highly recommended for anyone who values great design and character.
