Fantastic location - short walk to trams, Bourke Street Mall, cafes and restaurants and main attractions. Excellent value for money. Large clean rooms with comfortable beds. Self service check in and check out was great.

Amazing location but its the customer service that really makes Ovolo Laneways my go-to hotel in Melbourne. I was given a free room upgrade and upon entering the room there was a cute welcome gift of jellybeans with a note saying "We've missed you, it's 'bean' a while". Adorable! The amenities in the room are always exceptional, and the staff are always friendly.

The curated art and thoughtful design perfectly blended modernity with personality. Our corner room was spacious and well-designed, with automatic blinds that made waking up each morning a joy. Every detail, from the rugs to the wall colors and tiles, was spot on. A stylish and inviting space—highly recommended for anyone who values great design and character.
