Clean and comfortable. Location excellent and safe and convenient for attractions tube and bus. Staff very helpful and friendly. Quiet. Nice cafe and laundry available. Loved our stay.

Just all round good place to stay and the staff so helpful

Friendly and welcoming staff. Love the diverse racial mix and easygoing but respectful communication to meet all our needs. Central location at Kings Cross with a great breakfast that was part of our booking. Wonderful help with bags and genuine hospitality. Love the bathtub and bath salts. Retro touches to the furnishings. So cool! We hope to visit again.

Perfect room for families with one double bed and 2 single beds in the room. Very spacious clean room with great amenities including robes with slippers. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were such a nice bonus. Best hotel room I have ever stayed at for families. The room was also well lit and appointed. The photos of the room on the booking website and hotel website do not give the room justice.

Second time here. Brilliant location. Brilliant price for London and the high standard that it is. Cosy little bar space for chatting in.

For what I needed, one night near the train station, room was clean, small but just one traveler and private bathroom.

A newly furbished hotel. Everything is super clean and new. Room has heater. Hot water and water pressure was Superb. Comfy Bed. Walking distance to King Cross. All thumbs up.

Amazing experience! The hotel was super clean, the room very comfortable and the staff super nice! Also, great location: 5 mi walking from Kings Cross, but also very quiet room, we slept great. They changed our towels every day and replenished our cookies and coffee. I totally recommend!!!

The staff was exceptional and very helpful in every way. Every person we came into contact with, maids, waitress, servers, concierge, front desk, everyone, was perfect!!! Everything was exceptionally clean and thoroughly placed.

Wow what an eclectic apartment. It says hotel but its a townhouse so "reception" is provided by a hotel just 50m away. We chose the Higgy Suite which is lovely. It's small but everything you could want and so cute. The decor is unusual and really cool. But what really sets it apart is the personalization of the hosts from the type of drinks in the fridge to the snacks provided. They really go out of their way to make it an experience. The tea served in the morning was unexpected but lovely. We left our bags at the "reception" hotel and again the staff there were excellent. There is so much accomodation around Kings Cross, but if you want something different then this is the one:)

Staff was great, and let me check in early when I had work and had to drop off my luggage. Clean place, not noisy. Room was very comfortable with amenities. Check in lady was awesome.
