Great place to stay, very modern look. Despite the busy street it is located at, very quiet and comfy. We really liked the room - everything was perfect.

They have rewarded us with better room which was amazing. The room was tidy and comfortable, the staff is excellent. I recommend and will come back to DoubleTree again with pleasure.

We had one of the smaller rooms and it was stylish, clean and well thought out with guest comfort in mind. The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. The room service came quickly and the menu was comprehensive. It was perfect for our early train to Paris as we just had to cross the road from the Eurostar Terminal.

Perfect room for families with one double bed and 2 single beds in the room. Very spacious clean room with great amenities including robes with slippers. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were such a nice bonus. Best hotel room I have ever stayed at for families. The room was also well lit and appointed. The photos of the room on the booking website and hotel website do not give the room justice.

The public spaces of this gorgeous building are wonderful. The restaurant was stunning and the food was delicious. The rooms in the newer part of the hotel were good, but the bed was super comfortable! Nice to have a couch in the room. We enjoyed the neighborhood very much, the canals, restaurants and easy connections to the rest of the City.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Love the diverse racial mix and easygoing but respectful communication to meet all our needs. Central location at Kings Cross with a great breakfast that was part of our booking. Wonderful help with bags and genuine hospitality. Love the bathtub and bath salts. Retro touches to the furnishings. So cool! We hope to visit again.

Good location close to trains and underground. Everything you need left for you in a spacious room with an ensuite too. Staff very easy to deal with, good system. Would definitely recommend based on price, location, comfort and how we were looked after.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. Location was fantastic, lovely clean room and recently decorated.bed was super comfy, Breakfast was great and staff were lovely. Very close to the Emirates stadium and links to get into central London. Parking outside is free on weekends. Would definitely return to this hotel

The staff was excellent and accommodating. The facilities are fully accessible. I I was even offered the accessible room with an accessible shower and more space to accommodate my disability. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend the hotel more

Very welcoming reception, even when I came in late . Also was upgraded free of charge which was very much appreciated after a evening of traveling. The room was clean and presentable. Beautifully decorated bathroom. Couldn't of asked for more!
