It was super close to the Kilburn Park station. It had a really great cafe onsite. Comfortable and clean rooms. Wonderful service and staff.

It was okay. modern building and facilities. very spacious room and there was bathtub and shower. indoor pool.

it’s a beautiful property close to paddington canal and a short walk to kensington gardens! stella at the front desk was amazing and helped us with early check in and figuring out how to use the electricity. she was so helpful!

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful to three travelers from the U.S. The location was within a 10 minute walk of all the underground stations we needed and close to rentable bikes. We were able to find a grocery store nearby and wonderful food as well

Nights were very quiet, which made rest uninterrupted. I didn’t notice any noise from outside or neighboring rooms

Good bed, beautiful kitchen. We were off season, and it was quiet and nice. Great to be right beside Kilburn park station, so commuting was very easy, both with the tube and buses. It's a bit away from center, but well worth it, as there is a bunch of restaurant, shops and pubs very close, but prices low, so a cheap area to stay in. Prices are crazy in London center, so this is wonderful

They left loads of coffee and tea sachets. Also loads of water bottles everyday.

A great place! Easy to access, many food options near by. Really clean and comfortable!

I arrived to the hotel and was given the wrong room. Expressed that I was given the wrong room and the person I told did nothing about this. Furthermore, the shower did not fully work. The key I was told to take when I arrived did not work and this is the only thing the person I spoke with helped with (Through text).

Location was great. Facecloths and tissues would have been nice. Washroom was too narrow. Main area was a great size. Loved having a radio

Rooms were clean. They had coeffe and cold drinks that was a good gesture on arrival.

The place is ok for a short stay. The shower was extremely hot, no matter how we adjusted the temperature it didn’t go down. However, it is still a good place for a couple of days
