My experience at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated being offered a late checkout. The room was beautiful, modern, and very well furnished. The spa was amazing, the pool was excellent, and room service was prompt and high quality. I also loved the location and the interior design of the hotel—everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully done.

Excellent location in ‘calm’, Marylebone, but close to busy Oxford and Regent Street. Beautiful city view from hotel room.

Great Gym and rooms and restaurant

We were celebrating my 37 year old daughter's birthday. The Langham Hotel staff went out of their way to help celebrate this momentous event. They sent champagne, helium balloons, a fruit platter, a cake and a hand written card to my daughter's room.

Its location is just perfect to get anywhere u want … we loved the location especially & the staff was exceptional… they were so helpful & efficient!

A brand new hotel in a very good location. The stuff is very kind and useful. The spa and gym are exordinary . There was a lot of space in the room and it was clean and comfortable.

I had a great stay. I would stay there again. Incredibly convenient location. My room was clean and private. The bed was alright (I slept on the comforter to make it a little softer for my preference). My room was warm (in December) and spacious. It was in the basement. It didn't have a window, but had a convenient sink and desk in room. The shared bathroom was clean. The shower was fine and located one level up. Not a problem. My room decor was dated, but I didn't mind. For the price it's fine. People need to be realistic about what they are paying for. What I paid for a private room and a 12 minute walk from Covent Garden was a great deal.

The location was great. The hotel room was great and spacious. It had enough plugs for all the electronic devices. The sheets, towels etc of high quality. It is not a five star hotel experience- like we had to bring our bags to the room, but a very good experience and I would stay here again.
