Perfect location easy access for everything. Friendly staff. Zen atmosphere in the whole hotel

It really was a perfect place to enjoy a two nights stay in London. Close to the Buckingham Palace and key areas, but facing a not so busy street. The staff was truly amazing and we were very well taken care of, including’Mum who needs a wheelchair to get to one place to the next. Our special thanks is goes to Giui.

Perfect location , in the middle of London and landmark but it’s also private. Model classic design with clean and cozy.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. We had a late flight back home and they did not charge for a late check out. Breakfast included in the room rate was superb. Facilities were spotless. Centrally located near the tube.

Lovely comfortable deluxe room. Staff all excellent especially Winston and Richab. Superb breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try the restaurant on this visit. Hotel location is excellent. We will be back.

The bed; the pillows,the location, the staff… The breakfast was superb. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is great; you can walk everywhere. The bed was amazing. They upgraded our room. We stayed only for a night but it was fantastic.
