it’s a beautiful property close to paddington canal and a short walk to kensington gardens! stella at the front desk was amazing and helped us with early check in and figuring out how to use the electricity. she was so helpful!

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful to three travelers from the U.S. The location was within a 10 minute walk of all the underground stations we needed and close to rentable bikes. We were able to find a grocery store nearby and wonderful food as well

Quaint but modern rooms. Quiet, great location

The stuff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. The AC was working properly in our room. Hotel is near three different underground lines, each 10-15 walk from the hotel.

The staff, especially Priya, are exceptional. The cleanliness, quietness, location, and room are superb.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice and quiet but not too far from shops, restaurants, pubs, and train stations.

The location is great, near from bus and tube stations, close to grocery store and some cafes and resto, quite neighborhood, the staff were great, the guy name Mr Salahuddin told us everything we should now bout getting around the city efficiently, the room was great, the cold shower in our first room didn't work properly but they gave us another room to stay very immediately, would definitely stay there again for another visit!

Good location, nice staff, good value for the money.

Subway only few minutes to walk, but mostly we used Uber. Room was fine and breakfast great. Breakfast is only until 10:00 am but it was accepted to stay there until 10:45am. Also the small SPA with Pool is great. The staff was very friendly, nothing was a problem they supported where ever they could.

The location is very convenient with quiet neighborhood.

Cleanliness. Very helpful & friendly staff 🙏🏻 There is Shattaf (bidet) which was important for us. Free water, fruits & coffee all the time!

The staff were excellent. The location was great for many reasons - close to Paddington, grocery stores and other shopping. The room and facilities were really clean. We will make this our go to place to stay when visiting London from now on.
