The property and its amenities were spectacular. Everything from check in to check out was impeccable. Paris at the front desk was a gem. She ensured our stay was seamless and even sent up a gift for our honeymoon. She was attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay so special! Paris is a real asset to the Westin hotel in London and anyone that gets to meet her during their stay is considered lucky because she will take care of everything! The rooms are clean and well kept. Attention to every detail at this property. They will make you feel like a royal!

Location was great for touring London, nice to have the restaurant attached for breakfast or a late drink.

The welcome, by Mustafa, was very warming and Aleena - the other welcoming receptionist was equally chatty and happy, which made my arrival (after a hard business day) very realxing

The hotel is in a great location very close to the Jubilee Line and close to bus stops. The room was clean and comfy. The service was amazing. They were able to meet our requested accommodations and the staff was really helpful and nice at all times. Would def recommend.

Friendly attendance, flexibility and style

Fantastic location within walking distance of the London Eye and Southbank. Affordable for a family trip to London and had everything we needed. 24/7 reception was also helpful when arriving late on the first night.

Wonderful location, walking distance to the market, the Thames, and the Shard. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Had all we needed. Well organized check-in, etc. Helpful and friendly host. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. It’s spacious, comfy, and clean. The amenities are complete and well thought. Good for long stay since they have washing machine in each unit and there’s laundry room in the basement. The check in and check out process are smooth. Surrounded by so many options of food and it’s near tube station, only less than a minute walking. There are plenty of space to sit in the back of lobby.

Beautiful quiet room with view of St Paul's. Fantastic atrium giving a sense of space. Rooftop bar with great views of London.
