We left our original booking to come here and from the moment we checked in the staff was incredible - offering us a delicious welcome drink. Rooms were extremely clean, comfortable bed for two people and great location

Views from the room are fabulous. Breakfast is great. Staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. Car parking was easy.

Fantastic hotel in Kensington at about 10 minute's distance to both Earl's Court and Gloucester underground stations. The rooms are not large but they are comfortable and clean. Lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Breakfast was the best we had in all of our UK hotels with so many delicious choices. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. A special shout-out to Tanin in the dining area who made our daughter "THE BEST" hot chocolate she's ever had. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Xenia!

Clean, perfect facilities for a London stay.

The location, the staff, and the bed were all exceptional. Although the room was small, it was exactly as shown in the photos, so there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay and would happily stay here again.

The location was great for my needs, next door to Olympia. The location was pretty central, so easy to get to and do any do trips, etc.

I stayed in Room 12 on 9th-10th June, Extremely pleased with my stay. Perfect location. Hotel very presentable and welcoming. During my stay I think I spoke with 3 members of staff and they were all friendly and chatty. The room was compact but perfect for the solo traveller. Comfortable bed and spacious toilet, bath and shower. Best stay I have had in a London hotel in a long time. Also a beautiful little lounge area upstairs and a welcoming breakfast room. Excellent tea and coffee facilities in the room and toiletries in the bathroom.
