Great location, clean rooms with all essentials. I stayed in this hotel two times - two nights separated, and was placed in two different rooms, both rooms were good. Guys at the front desk were super helpful with my requests - huge thanks to them!

I love having dinner in the lobby restaurant the food is so delicious and the server so professional and nice.

The reception was wonderful and the staff very helpful. Lovely details and the best hot water shower I've ever had.

This seems like a not-safe area to walk around in. That said the day I was there I ended up leaving because a big festival began in the afternoon and it was very loud. This had nothing to do with the hotel's fault, but I left because I needed a quieter neighborhood. This hotel is nothing fancy and I think people live there but it is relatively clean, I saw cleaning ladies and the front desk is available if you need them.

We were really only there long enough to sleep before our flight, but it was great! So nice to get there after a long drive and get a hot shower, a cozy bed (and Netflix!) I wish I got the name of the person at the front desk, but he was so nice and helpful. He greeted us, helped us with our bags, and was just overall attentive. Best hotel stay I’ve had in awhile!

Good location in Zona 1, clean, felt secure, very nice and helpful staff. It has a small restaurant/snack place in the lobby that many other guests used and seemed happy with.

The room was clean as well as the private bathroom. Nice manager

Staff was good. Worked through language problems. Location was near several places I had wanted to go to. Bakery/ restaurant 3 blocks away.

Great downtown location. Very hot shower. Fast WiFi. Friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you. Comfortable bed. Was easy to get an Uber right outside my door. Short walk to tiendas, pharmacies, restaurants, fast food and market. Fruit stand next door. Bus stop right outside. The Presidential Palace and La Torre supermarket are nearby.

I really liked staying here. It has several rooms and seems to be recently built or renovated. I had a single room on the second floor far from the street so it was quiet. A very comfortable bed and pillows, an extra blanket, and good hot water in the shower. Albert the manager is a very nice guy and always available to answer questions. I can recommend staying here.
