They upgraded our room to a higher floor and a better room type. The room was with open sight to the sea. Quarry bay is a quiet area and the hotel is close to an MTR exit.

Jojo at the reception was amazing. Easy and fast check in and helpful. Such a great service from her.

This time, we were assigned a corner room with a 180 degree beautiful view of the harbor. We did not have any complaints about the room.

Incredible place and the staff are incredible. So friendly and always willing to help. The views from the room were fantastic and I will definitely be staying there again in the future. Lots of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep of the hotel and the food and drinks at the hotel are well priced too.

Other than my 2 comments all is excellent Especially my partner and I like it so much.

The room was super clean, and a great price. I was a female solo traveler. The hotel was safe, the staff were super, and the immediate area was incredibly safe. I would walk back alone from the MTR station at 00.30 or so and never feel uncomfortable. Overall, for a budget hotel, it represented excellent value. You will get tired of the location after a couple of days, but it is incredibly practical - MTRs and buses nearby to take you everywhere you want to go, and there’s a lovely pedestrianized waterfront walk just a five minute walk from the hotel which was stunning. More corporates (eg JP Morgan) are opening up in the area so I think more amenities will come.

Great property convenient location

Location and staff was amazing

Large international buffet situated on the Ground Floor of the Hotel overlooking Hong Kong harbor and Hong Kong Island. Could benefit from 1-2 more coffee machines given the number of people at breakfast every morning. Superb pool deck on the 20th Floor overlooking Hong Kong Harbour.

Everything the location, the room is very comfy

Location was great. About 3-5 min walk to To Kwa Wan train station. It was also close to TST and Kowloon, and for other places it was well connected to the subway, so other transfers were very accessible. This was really important for us especially since we were traveling with our toddler & infant. The property was clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. Room conditions were pristine. We were there for 3 nights and every time we came back our room was always in great condition. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Located very close to the metro and bus station. Close to nice local restaurants.

Room size is quite large in HK standard.

Make use of every space, lots of hooks

The property felt brand new, safe and quiet. The staff were also nice and let us leave our bags while we were touring Hongkong. The rooms were also clean and very chic. It was also near Tin Hau station which was great as a tourist for traveling. Will definitely stay here again if I go back to Hongkong. There were also a lot of places to eat near the place even a Starbucks.
