The service was faultless, welcoming and warm. All the staff looked after us exceptionally well. From the bag handlers, check in staff, cleaners, room service, concierge and restaurant staff. The mood throughout the hotel was elegant and calm, just what is needed in a hustle and bustle of causeway Bay. It's a beautiful restaurant..

The hotel was very clean and we were lucky to get a room upgrade! The staff were nice and helpful. There were also many shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We were only here for a night but I would definitely stay longer next time!

Everything, the staff is very friendly. They always help you if you have a problem. They change our towels and clean our rooms everyday. The breakfast is so good.

The location was perfect. Just 5 minutes walk to the MTR Station to travel anywhere. Buses, and taxis are very easily accessible. Cafes, shopping malls and eating places are very close walking distances. Many things are very cheap in Chai Wan, including eating out and eating in. Y Loft staff members are extremely helpful, kind, friendly, and very polite. Customer service is excellent. The two bedroom is very spacious, comfortable, very clean, and has air conditioner. Very happy traveller and customer! Highly recommend Y Loft to everyone! I will be back again.

Ultimately new, clean, enough space Despite the fact that it’s on the south of Hong Kong island it’s close to metro and it takes 15 minute to get there, so the location is also great They have coffee corner and restaurant on the lobby level, it’s convenient too

I like the rooms and we got a nice view during night time and even in the morning. We like that they are kid friendly and they have a cute bear with shampoo and body wash for my daughter. They also have candies in the lobby for free (with schedule only). They have free shuttles its very convenient.

Room had a great view and was spacious. Bathroom was slightly small but it was still great!

The room clean and nice compared to the other properties I visited in HK and the housekeeping made up the room everyday

Stanley is quiet. The hotel provide a home atmosphere. The balcony facing the south sea view are wonderful.

the staff were all nice, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot enough to have nice shower in winter. the water dispenser and the coffee machine work every minute which really helped me a lot. Normally the property don’t serve breakfast but they prepared special breakfast for travelers who stayed during Christmas, which was really kind.(those sandwiches were really delicious!) there are 2 elevators here so you don’t have to worry about carrying heavy luggages upstairs.
