Warm welcome, very clean and confortable room, very practical the gym center at B3 inside hotel

Everything, the staff is very friendly. They always help you if you have a problem. They change our towels and clean our rooms everyday. The breakfast is so good.

The service was faultless, welcoming and warm. All the staff looked after us exceptionally well. From the bag handlers, check in staff, cleaners, room service, concierge and restaurant staff. The mood throughout the hotel was elegant and calm, just what is needed in a hustle and bustle of causeway Bay. It's a beautiful restaurant..

We liked absolutely everything about this hotel! Location is great, design of the room was awesome, the view was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

This was my 2nd time staying at Nina Hotel. Love the location as it is very close to the tram station, train station and bus stops. The room size is huge for HK standard. Love the spaciousness of the room and the bathroom, and love the view from my room. I also love the fact that it is walkable distance to Victoria Park and you can walk through the park to reach Causeway Bay.

The property felt brand new, safe and quiet. The staff were also nice and let us leave our bags while we were touring Hongkong. The rooms were also clean and very chic. It was also near Tin Hau station which was great as a tourist for traveling. Will definitely stay here again if I go back to Hongkong. There were also a lot of places to eat near the place even a Starbucks.
