There's absolutely nothing to dislike about The Westin Yokohama. The staff are phenomenal. The included breakfast is delectable, and the dinner at any of the restaurants is artful and savory. My room is spacious with everything I would need and has an amazing view of the city and port. Aya Enomoto, who performed my deep tissue massage and facial, is a master of her craft. I have had many massages and facials before, but the one I received from her was amazing! This place was home away from home for a few days, and above all, it really did feel "heavenly." Thank you so much for providing exceptional quality and care to make my first time in Japan more memorable. Wonderful people work here. ❤️

Amazingly kind and helpful staff, good price/quality ratio and very clean rooms. I liked that the blinds totally darkened the room. Room to do work in the lobby, 7Eleven downstairs. Great location

We travelled with our 1 year old son, and he liked the view of Yokohama city , when he woke up he was so excited and went straight to the window!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. The location was convenient and made it easy for us to explore Yokohama. We had a wonderful stay.

Location is superb. 1min away from the metro entrance. Lots of amenities for you to grab at the lobby if you happen to not bring any. They even have facial beauty mask.

Fabulous hotel! Room was clean and comfortable. Quite large and very nice bathroom. So close to train station and wonderful malls and city sites. Loved our time at this hotel.
