Amazing. We’ll go back to macau next year, hopefully. I will book this hotel again. Highly recommended.

It's such a big room and location is near to Macao-HK ferry terminal. Staff also very helpful to get the taxi to the airport for us. Bus stop also in front of the hotel.

It was clean. There was free shuttle going to the free buses of luxury hotels.

Location is in between ferry and historic center so quite walkable.

I would say one of the best hotels in town. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, nice location, and kind staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Room and bathroom were big. The Staff was incredibly kind. It exceeded my expectations. The price is reasonable compared with the excellent accommodation that they provide.

Artyzen is always our go-to option whenever we visit Macao. There is always something new provided in the hotel room which shows the hotel is keeping up with the customer’s needs. Very impressive! The location is excellent! Easy to reach to any part of the city, especially to those who enjoy their walks!

The room is amazing. There is one staff member, not sure what his name is but he is very friendly and speaking excellent English and very helpful.

We got room upgraded by booking.com. The mattress is comfortable. The room is cozy and clean. The location is awesome. The staffs are nice. Breakfast is included. It is value for money.

Exceptionally friendly staff and a cozy room

The place is clean and accessible to all tourist spot, staff and restaurant was approachable and accomodating. Great thanks for the good food and assistance by Bella and Hubert in the hotel breeakfast buffet. And to the receptionist who assisted us in our stay.

Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

3 star hotel. The decoration in the room is typical chinese style. Very clean. and the location is fantasting. The workers are friendly.

Close to casinos, St. Paul’s and walkable to the ferry. They speak excellent English!
