We got an amazing suite hut right on the beach. The resort is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful, we felt like the only guests there (but it wasn't full at all). Although there was a party till late night, we couldn't hear it at all. Prices are comparable to prices outside the resort, high everywhere. We stopped in a supermarket on our way and brought our own drinks and breakfast food.

Great for solo travelers, couples and families. La Conchita is perfectly appointed, comfortable and the grounds are well kept. I love the location for the proximity to the jaguar park and the party zone. It’s positioned in a quieter section of the zone, but still has lots of convenience to offer with tour options, bike/atv rentals, mini markets and cafes just steps away.

Room is little cottage.. Loved it.love the bench coffee table and small chair hammock just outside the room. The included breakfast was very good. loved the pasta dinner and lobster too on dinner menu. the beach was a rough due to winds..when not windy one could go in. the outcrop of rock on side was nice place to climb into in evening.I also liked the pool. That I used it every morning.

There are guards before you enter the national park, they...

There are guards before you enter the national park, they check the boot of the car and everyone’s bags… no plastic bottles allowed inside the park.. bring your reusable bottles.if you want to bring your own water! very large park so wear comfy shoes, go early to avoid crowds and to enjoy the sights while it is not uncomftably hot. you can walk to the nice sandy beach of playa paraiso from there, there is a path .it will save you from paying beach club entrance or minimum spend per person . you can sit on the beach with your own towels and just go to the hotels restaurants if your hungry. the best one with the sand and uninterupted views of the ocean is El Paraiso, no minimun spend per person there, food is good and you can pay for the beach loungers if you want to use them. There’s a fee if you want to ise their shower facilities.

O parque nacional é composto pelas Ruinas e pelas praias.

O parque nacional é composto pelas Ruinas e pelas praias. Recentemente você não consegue ir às praias sem pagar a entrada do Parque Nacional. A taxa de 58MXN por pessoa é obrigatória. Para chegar à Playa Paraiso, você precisa pagar em torno de 250MXN de taxi, ou 200MXN de estacionamento, ou andar em torno de no mínimo 4km para ir e voltar para as praias "públicas". Os restaurantes e Beach Clubs da Zona hoteleira tem um preco exorbitante e você não consegue facilmente acessar a praia. Tudo é dificil lá. Devido ao alto custo do local, sensação de ser explorado em tudo o que vai fazer em Tulum, acredito que não volto. A beleza do local não compensa o custo, Há muitos outros locais mais em conta e mais bonito para visitar na Riviera maya
