Great staff, clean facilities, very welcoming!

It was a lovely place to enjoy your vacation I have only complain about Check out the reception ask me to pay 10$ more And I thought I don’t have to pay them and when I ask my friends they told me that booking already paid So if it possible to return it back Thanks for your cooperation 🙏

Had a wonderful stay at the Zanzibar Palace Hotel. It is a converted historic building. The room was large, clean, and had great air conditioning (which we needed as we were not used to such warm/humid weather). Daniela kept many of the historic elements of the building (wait until you see the locks on the doors…we loved it). They had made to order breakfast (along with cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.). The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive (Iddi, Lulu, Elizabeth, Roderick, and Jamila). The hotel organized a walking tour of Stone Town and the guide, Khasim, was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Everything in Stone Town is close to the hotel. We enjoyed walking along the water in the evenings as there was so much going on. Great stay.

1. The staffs are exceptionally courteous, accommodative, humble, and readily available to assist. 2. Rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. 3. Excellent value for money. 4. Good breakfast selection within an affordable range. 5. Best possible location as it is just beside ferry site and all the tourist attractions of stone town are at walking distance.

The hotel is in Good location, Near to beach and market room is clean and quiet.. The stay waw Fabulous ,The entire team at reseption and restaurant, was awesome excellent customer care .I love stone town

Great location, in the middle of Stone Town. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Good internet connection. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Unlimited drinking water.

It exceeded our expectations. The place was extremely clean, the rooms were as per the photos here. There was no Electricity in Stone house but they did have in their place. The staff were friendly and very nice. I can't remember the gentleman's(night shift guy) name but he helped us carry our bags as we were heading to Nungwi. The place was a bit hard to find but its only 3 minutes from the ferry.

Very unique property! Loved the design and style, fantastic stories behind each room interior decisions.

The hotel is really beautiful and clean with comfortable rooms and balcony. The aesthetics captures the stone town beauty perfectly. The location is close to everything. You can walk to the Forodhani food market and Darajani bazaar. The staff is so friendly and kind. Shout out to Panther who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable :D

The rooftop terrace was magical and the rooms were very well set up and elegant. The breakfast was excellent.

Second time during our 4 days in zanzibar and we opted to rebook the hotel for our stay in stone town. . They did upgrade us to the family room which was so lovely 😍. The staff were still amazing and helpful especially Rashid . Definitely 💯 would recommend the place anytime .
