Great location! Lovely apartment.

Easy instructions from the host how to access the apartment and allowed us early check in. Parking space was very handy. The apartment was beautiful with modern features and very clean. The dressing gowns and coffee machine were great extra touches.

The breakfast hamper delivered to your door in the morning was a nice touch. Eating at the table in your own room was lovely and the food which you order the night before was delicious. We had the 4 poster bed (Beatrix room) which was really comfy. The garden was lovely and the parking is great . You're only a 10 minute walk from the lake so we didn't use our car all weekend. There's plenty of shops/ bars/eateries on your doorstep too. The hosts have thought of everything for the room, even supplying little scissors to cut the milk sachets open which you can normally have an argument with!

In a two week tour around England - Oxford, Cotswolds, Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, and Windsor - The Linthwaite was our FAVORITE property. We found ourselves planning our next return even before we had left.

Very near to different attractions. Clean and comfortable.

The house is very clean and comfortable. It has an excellent location and is easy to get to most famous lake district scenery sites. Within walking distance there are several fine restaurants. Chris & Robyn are so nice and the breakfasts they served were a really great treat to us and kids. Highly recommended for family travelers.

We went as a family group and all of us enjoyed the stay and wished we were there for longer than 1 night.

Steve & Victoria the owners have been mindful of the smallest requirements of the guests including tips for wandering around nearby areas with top 5 suggestions even taxi numbers,vibe of the room was very cosy and calm,bathroom was hygienic and well kept.They were easily approachable on Whatsapp or on phone call.All and all one must look Forward to staying here in Windermere.Wish could have stayed for day more.

The king room was suberb. It was so nice to have the space to sit and relax.Emma and Mark were so accommodating and helpful. Location was excellent. Highly recommend it. The breakfast was the icing in the cake- absolutely amazing.

Outstanding property, exceptional views. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of together space for sitting or dining while plenty of space for everyone to get some peace. Simply stunning views from the hot tub. Easy walk to Bowness but very quiet and peaceful area. Unbeatable, frankly.

Came to Windermere for one night for the start of a roadtrip with my partner. This accommodation made our time there really special. Lovely and clean home, with a modern interior impressed us when we walked in. Having the hot tub there was amazing really completed a perfect stay. Bed was super comfortable, I really have nothing bad to say about this stay. Loved every second of it, location was great aswell. Hosts were very easy to contact and were very polite. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Windermere!
