Modern, comfortable, clean, unique property. Chalet is located on farm property in separate gated area of its own. Pleasant valley views from back patio/living area. Great location for exploring the Stratford/Upper Cotswolds area. Access is gained by driving through neighboring golf course access road.

The property was lovely and peaceful and just what we were looking for, for a quiet weekend away from it all. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The owner family has a real farm with 450 sheep, many cattles also. It is quite an experience to live on a real working farm. The room is very clean, warm, and dry, with good hot water, heating equipment, and heating mattress. It is quite comfortable. The owners are extremely friendly.

We had such a lovely time staying as a family at Tothall Farm Shepherd’s Hut. The views were absolutely stunning, and the hut itself was very clean and comfortable. The wood-fired bath was amazing and made the stay feel extra special. Sonia and Adam were the perfect hosts, making everything so welcoming and easy for us. We’ll definitely be back!

What a wonderfully done up apartment, coach house. Love the decor, the beds were nice and firm plus comfortable, heat worked wonderfully, kitchen was well appointed. Make note there is just a microwave but we bought food that we could heat up in that without needing a stove top. Excellent supplies in the kitchen and bath. The washing machine was very welcomed. Loved the decor, the remodel done to create this space and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. There is a nice loop around town that can be walk and then bringing you back to the stay. Would come back again for sure.

We loved the quirky decor, the house was so comfortable and well equipped. The pigs were gorgeous! We didn’t want go out for dinner after arriving as we just wanted to hang out in this beautiful accommodation.

Cosy cottage is in an excellent location to visit many quaint, beautiful towns in the Cotswolds. There is also a lovely place called the Ellenden Farm Shop and Cafe within walking distance where you can get an absolutely scrumptious full English breakfast.
