All good lovely hotel with many period features Staff wonderful very helpful

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is well situated for a short break with a tram stop opposite which we used to travel up and down to see the lights.

Breakfast was great. Location was ideal for us. Near to all the things we went to see.

It was nice and clean plenty of space and just felt very homely the staff were amazing very kind and helpful

The view was of the sea front which was lovely.

Everything was lovely, the breakfast was amazing. The room was beautiful. Staff were absolutely outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and it will be the only place we book from now on.

Close to all amenities and right around the corner to the Winter Gardens. Will definitely use this establishment again.

Property was perfect location Very clean. Everything you need. Only bad thing I can say is you can't use the shower. It either scolds you or it's cold, the kids had 1 cold hower in 5 days

Very nice facilities, clean and cosy and perfect size for a large family such as ours and right next to the town centre (practically) and close enough to the sea front but out of the way enough to avoid the drunken tourists that often plague Blackpool at night. Will definitely use again for holiday next year (if they're available at the time I can get off from work haha). The price is reasonable enough as well.

I regularly go to rebellion festival in Blackpool, and I've stayed in a lot of places. For the first time, I'd be delighted to return to this accommodation. It's upstairs, which I was ok with but some people may have a problem with. But it's clean, big, fresh, a new bed and bed linen, got a kitchen, and the location is unbeatable for the wintergardens, and the best street of bars in Blackpool, Topping St. . 50 yards from the Abingdon market.

Easily the best place to stay in blackpool. Perfect location and a wonderful flat.

Like home from home.. everything you needed on arrival...beds really comfy...shower superb..lovely little courtyard with flat 2. Definitely stay again.
