Public rooms. Ladies toilet on ground floor. parking. Reception desk. Breakfast very good. Sea view Spacious public rooms. Very good lunch. left my jeans in room and hotel rang me same day to,let me know and offered to,post but friend lives near bye so can arrange collection

Location near the train station as we had traveled from Montana, USA and then directly from Heathrow Airport via train to Penzance. The staff was welcoming to us and the pub had a fantastic Sunday roast that evening.

They gave us a free upgrade even though we did not request on. Service,friendliness and welcome excellent.

Everything Possibly the best place we have ever stayed and definitely will be back Room was beautiful, restaurant and food incredible, staff you want to be friends with. From the moment we arrived till we left it was just such a joy

We had a very nice and cozy stay at this charming, traditional inn. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the beds were very comfortable, and the spacious, modern bathroom was a great bonus.

New construction and modern concepts. It was completely furnished to meet our needs. The shower was luxurious and we had complete privacy. The property host was quick to respond to our questions. We had a quiet rural experience. Thank you.

Many things. Owners responsive and accommodating. It’s quaint, well supplied for kitchen, super convenient to the train station and buses (across the street), plenty of shops around, 10-minute walk to Jubilee pool, car parking (although we didn’t need it… also across the street).

Convenient to the train and bus stations, spacious bedroom, lots of kitchenware if you wanted to prepare meals. We enjoyed Penzance and area.

Location, and the property was very comfortable and quiet.

A 2-minute-walk from the Penzance Railway Station; it couldn't have been easier to get to. VERY close to the harbor front and local transportation as well as good restaurants.

Loved the Bay window overlooking the harbour and St. Michael's Mount. Close to the bus and train station and town centre shops. Tesco Express, pubs and other shops in walking distance.

Lovely and comfortable, in a perfect location.

Everything was clean and nicely decorated plus it was centrally located which made for easy exploration of the area. The hosts were very nice and prompt in response to requests.
