The location was fantastic, right on the edge of the golf course with wonderful views from the patio. Free parking is included at the rear and the overall appearance of the rooms and quality of furniture was fantastic! This place was perfect for our needs and would happily stay here again.

Great resort in the heart of Rutherglen. Very spacious room with a large bed. Our room had a view of the vineyard which was great. We sat on the patio outside the room each night enjoying a glass wine and watching the world go by - very relaxing. The restaurant on site was good value and had lovely meals and of course excellent wine selection - especially the port. The staff were very friendly and provided us with some great tips on what to do and where to go in the area. We also had a wine tasting session in the cellar door which was great - came away with a few bottles to take home. We also loved the on site pool which was great on a hot day.

The cabins are behind the Barooga hotel just off the car park The prefab units are new and well appointed The beds were comfortable and the linen good quality The small bathroom was spotless The kitchen was basic and basically for hot drinks, toast and microwave meals.

Echuca has a lot to offer Lots of different types of shops Lots of different food places to choose from The Port is very interesting to walk around. I found it very relaxing just sitting at the port and watching the paddle steamers go by I took two separate Paddle steamer cruises and both were highly enjoyable A very relaxing way to spend an hour on the river

Well worth the visit.

Well worth the visit. Great walking trails and lots to see and do each day. Lots of history in the area. Weather was great. Staff at the Information centre were extremely helpful planning our itinerary

Restaurants, river, location, weather and it has everything to keep you entertained. Had a few restaurants that are celiac friendly. Nash lane is amazing and knows what they are talking about - being celiac I had no worries eating there . Such a relief

Swan Hill is fascinating, with fine architecture and a lively, walkable town, unusually lively for Australian provincial cities at night. It was the second largest inland port in Australia, the largest being Echuca; so it is historically interesting, and one can see remnants along the river as well as some fine architecture that has lasted. It is a friendly, safe town, with a fine, eminently comfortable rail link to Melbourne, as well as bus links to Adelaide and Albury, the latter connecting with the train to Sydney.

We were attending a funeral and all needs with the facilities and cabin. We are very familiar with Wodonga/Albury and the North East townships. If we need to come back we will stay longer at your park and take in the region for a get-away holiday. You came and have become highly recommended.

Always enjoy my trips to Malwala to attend the dance...

Always enjoy my trips to Malwala to attend the dance festivals held at Club Malwala throughout the year. The club does a wonderful job of putting on free festivals. Providing several eating options as well. Always visiting the various Op shops which are enjoyed by my chidren too. Always come away with something. The play grounds around the lake are good too. One with a flying fox and another with a water park that is great during the hot weather.

The eateries are great.

The eateries are great. Highly recommend Pickers Cafe for breakfast (zucchini and corn fritter stacks with avocado is my choice). Tulleries at De Bortelli is my favourite - my 3rd time back there in 18 months (and we live 1.5 hours away). Grace is also a great place to lunch. The township has a lovely vibe. Where we stayed was an easy walk to the main street. The park with the war memorial is worth a look. Easy access to public toilets. The IGA liqour has a great range of local wines. Cafe Mechanica has a great motorcycle museum and cafe

Yarrawonga is a play ground for the middle aged traveller...

Yarrawonga is a play ground for the middle aged traveller and the young at heart. Boating, fishing, golfing and plenty of spots to eat and dine out. I recommend the Golden Inn Chinese restaurant @ Mulwala Ski club.

This small country town was lovely and there were plenty of...

This small country town was lovely and there were plenty of tourist sites around the area to visit. I was pleasantly surprised to find all the facilities in the town that there were. A few of our frineds tried the trip on the river paddle steamer and loved it. The roads are good and accessable. There is also a RACV park on the outskirts of the town that has cabins and sites for caravans. They have a big beach where you can hire stand up paddle boards or kayaks.
