The facility was beautiful & exceptionally clean. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful.

In total we were 4 guests and we all had a great one night stay, delicious breakfast, very professional and friendly staff, great location and excellent value for money Ernst😀👍☀️

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a room with a balcony and we enjoyed sitting out in the evening with some wine and watching the Rhine River flow by. It was very relaxing.

This was second time stay and we definitely love the hotel.

The staff are all very friendly and went out their way to meet our needs. I needed to make a collect call back home for an urgent matter, Sebastian at the front desk helped me. Another staff helped us to make reservations with a local restaurant (sorry that we didn’t ask for your name). The beds are comfortable. Bathroom is roomy and very clean. Overall, we can tell this hotel is carefully maintained and cared with love.

A great place to stay during a bike tour. The hotel has a garage for bicycles and a repair stand and tools , if needed. Breakfast was great and the location was just a few miles from downtown.

Wonderful view of the square. Very clean. Near many restaurants and shops. Easy short walk to various tourist spots. Nice cafe on the 1st floor. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

This lovely hunting lodge is in a nature park with lots of hiking trails, places to rest and watch. Down a small road leads you to their parking next to the lodge. The restaurant has a variety of food especially wild game for lunch or dinner. Breakfast included eggs or meat from the kitchen as well as standard European fair. The beds were great and bathroom excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is just outside of Koblenz between the Mosel and Rhein rivers.

The view! We had dinner at the restaurant enjoying the food and the views. It was the last night of trip and sitting on the patio was the perfect ending.

Bright, very clean, lovely furnishings, comfortable bed, nice linens, well stocked kitchen…coffeemaker etc. fantastic location…walking distance to everything. Host guidebook was informative. The host was great…meeting us etc. we highly recommend it for any type of travellers.

The staff and the breakfast were exceptional. For the most part, the room was fairly quiet. It happened to be located right next to the elevator. So, there were times you could hear people having conversations as they waited for the elevator. However, the breakfast more than made up for that minor inconvenience. The hotel is located a short walk away from a local Thai restaurant (ate there twice), the mall, and the Altstadt and Christmas market. Again, I want to emphasize how great the staff and breakfast were. (Chef's kiss)

Very kind staff, great breakfast, might look a bit old from the outside however it is nicely renovated and clean. I was overnighting while doing the Rheinsteig. Tasteful decoration and nice a garden area + view of the Rhein.

Everything was perfect. Very nice cosy hotel in the middle of forest on a hill with great view upon Bad Ems. Room very comfortable and beautiful, bath well equipped and clean. Great breakfast and great friendly staff. We had a great stay, would be happy to come back.
