It was the perfect location.amazing hotel for family with kids.... Very comfortable spaces... library, common rooms, onsen, etc It has all the personalized amenities for kids even dummy money, toys and free refill hot chocolate, cake, marshmallow and even more that i cannot explain... All the staff was amazing, not only to us, but also to the kids....

This is the most amazing place to get to the slopes and the host is incredible!

Just about everything. We were late coming in from the airport, and the staff stayed back till 8pm to wait for us, much appreciated! The apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Comes with a big (common) drying room downstairs for ski gear. Our apartment faced the ski slopes, and it was amazing to wake each day to the beautiful white snow. Note: it will be much more convenient to drive, rather than rely on public transport.

The accommodation is in an excellent and convenient location, offering a truly beautiful view. We were able to sit and watch the snowfall directly from the window of our room, which was a truly wonderful and memorable experience. The accommodation is located not far from Ningle Terrace, and we rented a car to drive there. The scenery along the way was absolutely beautiful. Mr. Jimmy and his wife provided us with a very warm and friendly welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. We truly wished we had booked more than just one night. We all agreed that if we have the opportunity to visit Sapporo again, we would definitely choose to stay here.
