This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were helpful and attentive, the breakfast buffet was incredible and the onsen was so peaceful and clean. The view from the room was incredible. The location is very convenient as it's right over the station and you can walk to all the main sites.

We stayed during the Christmas week and really enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a warming welcome drink which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided everything we needed. The staff also gave us some great tips for enjoying our stay. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and were a great size. The food at the hotel was excellent. The location of the hotel was great - we walked nearly everywhere we went. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

The location is perfect for exploring on foot. You can easily access a shopping mall, a park, a restaurant, and the beautiful Ferris Hill. We stayed in a family room that included a kitchenette, and utensils are available upon request. The staff truly stands out as the highlight of this hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of healthy and authentic Japanese dishes.
