Excellent,! Excellent service

Great location to explore Northumberland and the coast. Convenient having a dedicated parking spot across from townhome. Having a separate dedicated clothes dryer was very nice as we didn't have to spend time hanging up clothes around the townhome to dry. Having a fullsize fridge was great also. The single pass to the pool/spa next door was a relaxing break from a busy travel schedule. I would absolutely make Chiff Chaff my first choice for a return trip.

Considering the building is right on the A1, it was very quiet as all rooms face away from the highway. Staff and food were amazing

Great location, amazing value for money and responses to my questions were second to none. The coffee shop on the premises was amazing - gorgeous coffee, imaginative menu, good value for money and the cake section was out of this world! Superb service just added to the experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful and room was very comfortable and clean. Gorgeous toiletry products in bathroom. Lovely food. Wish we could have stayed longer!

What a lovely place, super friendly staff, lovely clean room with great facilities. Loved the little touches like a welcome cupcake and Nespresso machine. We had a meal on the evening which was delicious, and again breakfast was lovely too. Would certainly recommend this place and would book again.

I can’t say enough on the hotel and especially the wonderful staff. We booked last minute and it was the best choice ever, we walked the quiet streets to the castle before dinner which I can say have never had better roast beef highly recommend the restaurant as all the food and drink were amazing, we then went out to the beach and castle tour the next day ( all walking distance)

The personal care along with the willingness of staff at the Sunningdale Hotel assist us during our stay in Bamburgh is a reflection of their commitment to one another as valued team members. Thank you to each and every member of the staff.

The beds were good and the bedding was clean , plenty of towels

Very nice, comfortable accommodation a short walk from the village green and the row of pubs and restaurants! A very quiet but charming village, and not far from the impressive castle and beautiful beach.

The location was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cute little cottage with a bath that was blissful each night!

Just a nice location, not to far away from the local attractions but nice to walk out the door and on to the local footpaths, the added attraction was the games room
