I really like this place! The breakfast was delicious, my room was so clean and comfortable , and the staff was really nice .

The view is amazing. Waking up with a very nice lake view makes you feel at peace. The position is very good, close to lots of places and near the ferry boat, so you can go anywhere.

Luca the hotel concierge was a charm and so sweet. Everything you need, he finds a way matter what it takes to make it happen.

Eeeeverything! The house is beautiful, the hosts are amazing and very kind, they take care of every detail to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Everything is absolutely clean and good. The views to the lake are stunning, we came on summer so I guess this is the best season for it. I would come back 10000 times

The views were so beautiful. The inside was very nice and had many appliances. We also spent some time on the lake in the tanning chairs, perfect location.

Fantastic location, away from the main road and directly to the lake with a breathtaking wiev. Directly to the ferry terminal with feries going to Bellagio, Varenna etc. Walking distance to Villa Balbianello

Besides its perfect location to Villa Del Balbianello, this family run place was lovely to stay at. The staff were very welcoming despite any language barriers. The breakfast was an added bonus that was delicious. My room was clean and smelled so good. I felt like I was staying over at my grandparents house and it was a great feeling. I will definitely come back here on my next visit!

We loved the central location close to amenities and key tourist attractions. Easy to walk or catch a bus and with the off street parking we were able to drive to other nearby towns and the car ferry for day trips

The location was beautiful. The flat had a nice rustic cabin-like ambiance with modern amenities. This property was right on the lake and the host was extremely responsive and helpful whenever needed. The flat was also a 30 minute walk from Villa Del Balbianello. In addition it was a short walk from the Lenno Ferry and bus stop which made it very convenient for all our travel needs.

The house is very big and clean the kitchen is full with everything you need , the location is great and close to everything you need like super market and pizza restaurant and caffee ..
