Loved the size of the room and loved the bed. So soft and comfy. Breakfast was delicious too.

Everything was great. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Had more facilities than I first thought. Really close to food options if looking for quick bites to eat. They are getting a restaurant of their own eventually. Would highly recommend staying.

This is a lovely New Zealand owned hotel close to many sightseeings in Rotorua. The hotel is very clean and pleasant.

Easy to find, clean and comfy in my room, late open reception, coffee shop on site, easy parking.

The room was huge with good sized living area with large TV. Kitchen facilities were very well equipped. The bedroom was large and comfortable and there was an outside hot tub with private area.

Great hostel to stay, dorms have a curtain for privacy which is amazing. Common areas are like brand new. Staff was really nice and helped us plan our stay around.

It’s really nice to have private spa pool, and the outdoor swimming pool for a change, our family enjoyed so much.

Its very conveniently located with great amenities surrounding. Access to it was easy with a drive up straight in front the room

Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park is the place to be. Chalet was lovely and clean. Great place to escape the routine. We will definitely come back again next year

Absolutely for the priority selection in Rotorua

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming truly the heart of this place! The location is perfect, right in the centre of Rotorua and walking distance to everything ( pack n save ). The hot tub was a lovely bonus after a day of exploring, and the facilities were spotlessly clean.

Our room was the best we have ever stayed at while visiting Rotorua. Comfortable and clean. And the spa was amazing. Thank you so much for the room upgrade, too. We definitely will ne back.

The room we had was roomy, with a kitchen sink, ensuite bedroom, and a front extra bedroom. We've stayed here before, and this is good value for money for one night (we only booked 2 hours beforehand, so this worked out well).

Ideal layout and facilities for our group of four

The staff were so lovely and caring. The hotel is in a great location, central to almost everything. The room itself is really nice, it's like a one bed apartment. Facilities were all really good and there is free netflix.
