This hotel was amazing. The rooms were spacious. I ordered two bedrooms for my daughter and her 2 sons. It was clean and very fresh, with a balcony over the city and the staff were amazing. I stay in hotels all the time and last week I stayed in a 5 star hotel in the city. This one was so much better regarding cleanliness and staff that are willing to help.

Room was large and recently refurbished. TV in both the lounge and bedroom.

The Guest House was central to what I wanted to do in Rotorua. And close to grocery stores and cafes.
Intercity stop just up the road.
My room was warm & comfy. Spacious 2 bedroom.
Most importantly, Wayne was always a pleasure to talk to; polite and helpful.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Studio room with balcony is all you need for a 1 night stay. I would upgrade to a 1 bedroom for longer stays. The studio room is compact but still comfortable. Easy to use aircon/heater. Smart TV with all the apps. Bathroom was small but clean and fresh. Nice to be able to open the door onto the balcony for fresh air. Onsite parking but a short walk to secured parking building. Good value for money!

The place is well marked in maps so it was easy to find. Smooth check in/out, simple communication with the host
The host was very nice, showed us our room and the breakfast/living room and all details.
The place is a bit secluded but so peaceful and quiet and beautiful, perfect b&b to relax while watching the nice garden around or explore Whangarei and surrounding.
The rooms are freshly renovated, so spacious, comfy bed, pretty bathroom, nice sliding glass door to go to chill in the cute blue chairs on the terrace.

Location is excellent. Close to the main highway, shops and not too far from the airport
The room was clean and spacious (we had a separate bedroom, ensuite and kitchenette) We were upstairs which wasn't a problem and there are wheelchair accessible rooms downstairs.
Good water pressure. We did have a problem with the hot water but that was resolved immediately - see below.
Staff were welcoming and helpful
Plenty of free parking easily accessed.
Great price for what we received.

The owner upgraded us when they were unable to provide the room we booked, due to technical issues. The kitchen facilites, bedroom and lounge area were spacious, with everything we needed. View of the morning sunrise was spectactular!

In the city and close to bars and restaurants. We were able to upgrade our room as the first room was very small but the bathroom was nice. Second room had a little balcony and was roomier, the bathroom needs to be updated but it was great.

Convenient and easily accessible. The view from our room was amazing, listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The staff were super warm and friendly. We upgraded our room and had a lovely stay in a spacious one bedroom suite next to the lake. Would definitely be booking here again

A quiet one bedroom apartment with external balcony facing the terrace. Lampton Quay being accessible through James Cook hotel. Parking was cheaper than most and elevator straight down to the car made everything easy. Clean room, had everything that we needed. Safe and secure accommodation

Donna and Fred were exceptionally accommodating hosts. They stayed up late to greet me and generously upgraded my room so that I would have easy access to the breakfast area in the morning as I needed to depart early the next day. They also kept a bag safe for me after I had already "checked out" while I was on an outdoor course. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well appointed and the continental breakfast was generously portioned. The shower pressure was excellent. Their back garden is spectacular.

Very spacious, and clean, very central, 2 bedroom, 2 toilet apartment.
Easy access, love the balcony.
Has everything you need in kitchen, even has a separate laundry.
Very close to restaurants, recommend Pandoro Panetteria accross the road for breakfast.
Great communication with owner, easy instructions to follow for access and keys.
Optional garage space , at small extra cost which gives you peace of mind for car security.
Definitely will book again when we're back in Wellington.

Underground secure parking.
Apartments are very spacious with all the amenities that you need.
As there was three of us staying in a two bedroom apartment it was a pleasant surprise to be upgraded to two bathrooms.
