Room was warm and got all facilities for a family with kids. Manager was great and accommodate our needs. Thank you.

There are plenty of shared bathrooms and they are clean. The entrance is right across the lake.

Very clean and quiet. There was parking available. The beds were sturdy and had privacy curtains. Lots of room to store goods next to the bed and also the drawers beneath the beds were pretty large (big enough to fit a carry-on luggage in). There was an extra kitchen in the building where we stayed. The heater to the lounge was on in the mornings which was a great touch considering the cold outside. The bbq area was pretty big and there was a clothing line outside.

The motel is in a great location, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and well equipped with complete amenities, which made our stay very comfortable.

The proprietors and staff are super nice, quite accommodating, and maintain an excellent establishment.

The proximity to everything we wanted. Restaurants, grocery, activities and they had a lovely little park for kids.

At 65 this was my first dorm room experience. I called to request a lower bunk and was told they could honor that request thankfully. I could climb up, but was worried I couldn't climb down.

This is a super hotel. We had a quiet room, a very very! comfortable bed, friendly staff and the location in Te Anau is great (close to restaurants and shops). Parking space around the hotel is limited but we easily found a place each day. It was a pity to leave.

Wonderful host, beautiful location, lovely room and beds. All we needed in the kitchen. Loved our stay so much. Would highly recommend.
