Nothing fancy, but very comfortable and clean. A queen bed in the bedroom, two singles in the living area, all very comfortable and warm (stayed in late March). The little kitchen was outfitted with all the dishes we needed for our cereal breakfasts and takeout dinners. I'm sure we could have cooked If we had wanted to. It has a mini fridge, not a full fridge, which was fine for us. Te Anau was a great location for seeing Milford Sound and the beautiful scenery and hikes in between.

We had the original 3 bed unit upstairs for our family of 6. The unit was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It has 3 good size bedrooms with another double bed I the main lounge area. There is also a balcony where you can take in the views and listen to the sounds of the birds chirping. The manager Robin was extremely helpful and pleasant and went out of his way to show us around the apartment as we checked in and made sure all was just right for us.

The location is great, right at the lake and walking distance to anywhere. It is a big hotel and offers family rooms which for us was great - 2 bedroom villa for a family. The villa was spacious and very clean, it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy.
They have an outdoor pool which is heated to 25 degrees I believe and a sauna inside which needs booking.
There is a nice restaurant inside the hotel which looks out to the lake and serves very nice food.

The suite was very spacious, and we liked having a separate bedroom. Kitchen area was well supplied with all we needed. Easy check in. Probably 10-12 minute walk into the lovely town of Te Anau. Can be lakeside in 2-3 minutes.

Conveniently located in the centre of town. Our room was spacious although the view of the carpark let it down in an otherwise stunningly picturesque location.
Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of either hot or cold food. The adjacent restaurant, owned by the hotel also has a good menu at reasonable prices.
Good WiFi and plenty of free parking.

This was a large apartment with a front room, separate bedroom and toilet and shower rooms along a hallway. The views from the deck of the lake were just amazing! The kitchen area was quite large and the beds were very comfortable. It is very close to the main part of downtown and the docks so is walkable to most activities in town.

It is an essential stop for the day trip to Milford sound. We arrived late and check out early. The staff was helpful , given that we booked this property after the office hour.
