SpainWhat a lovely little find. Really welcoming staff. We had the family room with an extra bed as travelling with teenagers and husband. Was beautiful and spacious, we didn't feel at all cramped. Lovely breakfast with eggs benedict as a choice. Yummy.

Spacious and clean family room with comfy beds. Respected my request for a quiet room, very quiet despite the location near main road. Amble car parking space and hearty breakfast - true to pictures. Creamy, moisturising body wash. Great value for money. Staff were attentive and welcoming.

Lovely house, stayed with another couple. Both bedrooms/ bathrooms were spacious stylish and comfortable, so no awkward debates about rooms. The kitchen living area is open plan which is great for socialising together. Lots of nice design touches and cinema film reference's. It is in the town, so it is easy to walk to local shops , restaurants, etc.

Everything.Really spacious compared to many. Plenty of room for clothes, Coffee and tea in the room. Quiet. Clean. I liked the separate toilet. Cool even without air conditioning on, but did use it when it was 24°C! Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Good evening meal. Nice products in the bathroom and large towels not too thick. Pleasant relaxing decor. Felt light and airy and the window in the bedroom opened.The music in the dining room was pleasant and not too loud.

Our upgraded room had everything we needed.
Pleased to see there was a telephone in the room.
The twin beds were very comfortable. The room itself was spacious and we were pleased to have the electric fan on a humid night.

The property was near the sea and could see the sea from my bedroom window. The room and bathroom were very spacious Beautifully decorated. Bed was so comfortable, slept well. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. Good breakfast choices but we had Full English Breakfast every morning, delicious. I was very lucky to get free parking outside the property but there was a car park opposite the property, £4.00 for the day and free parking from 18.00 to 09.00am. Very reasonable I thought.

We had the family room, which contains 2 double beds and has a bathroom with shower over bath. Plenty of hot water, nice strong shower. Comfortable bed, large room, plenty of sockets for charging. Airconditioning very efficient. Although the place is on a busy road, the A140, you didn't hear much noise in our room and we slept well. The bar/restaurant is very cosy and olde worldey, we had a great meal there, and a very good breakfast. Lovely staff

Characterful historic building, with a glorious garden. Provision of binoculars in the bedroom to observe the bird feeders was a nice touch. Friendly and obliging hosts. Spacious bedroom with excellent ensuite facilities.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in an amazing location right next to the beach. Lovely views across the beach and sea from the living room and one of the bedrooms, and we had lots of fun spotting ships with the binoculars set up on a tripod at the living room window.
Clearly thoughtful owners as there were a few helpful notes around the place with tips on how things work (shower, dishwasher, etc.) and plenty of essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms.
