Facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was a bit dirty, however, this was a shared pool.
It was a great mix of nature and condos. You could hear birds all day long.

United Stateswhat's not to like?!? this was like staying with family in a jungle oasis. valentin is an amazing chef, the food was excellent, the service incredible. clare is a fountain of knowledge of the selva.. our nature walks were just wonderful. i saw wild toucans, flocks of parrots, just an amazing array of plants and animals. falling asleep in the cabin to the jungle sounds was truly unforgettable. 10/10 recommend

Large, spacious, centrally located apartment with excellent facilities, including a gorgeous roof terrace, 3 TVs, a well stocked kitchen with full oven and micro wave—and superb amenities—including a lovely pool on the roof with jacuzzi and many sunbeds. Beds are comfortable and there’s tons of room for a family of 4.

There’s everything to love about Kan Tulum and very little to not like. From the architecture to the way it blends to feel like you’re almost in the middle of a jungle, Kan Tulum is everything you want in a relaxing getaway. The staff were super helpful, especially Gustavo. I also loved the fact that the bedroom was cleaned everyday. Overall, a great experience

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is near to many services, restaurants, and tourist attractions, all within walking distance. We had a king bed room that was spacious and comfortable. Each room has kitchenette facilities. The tropical garden atmosphere is a beautiful bonus.

We had the beach view room and it was amazing. Spacious with table and chairs, a fridge and coffee maker. The balcony overlooking the beach was awesome with comfy seats and a hammock - a perfect place to chill. There were beach lounges on the sand for a change of scenery, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim.
The staff were super nice and helpful and made us feel welcome

Comfortable apartment with all you need. They even had mosquito repellent (strongly recommended). The bedroom is very comfortable with good AC. The location is good, close to Quinta Avenida but not a busy area. Walking distance to small groceries and good restaurants.

The penthouse apartment was very spacious, a huge bed and exceptional outdoor terrace.
The host was very attentive on message, and gave excellent recommendations for sightseeing, eating and drinking.
The host was also very kind and let us adjust our dates of stay, due to a hurricane delaying our flight into Mexco.

The apartment is very big. A bit too big in my opinion.
The pool was great. The location is excellent. On the 5th avenue but quiet on most nights. One night there was probably a party and that was noisy. I suppose if you come at a highly touristic season it would be very noisy and the bedrooms are facing the 5th.

The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and a central room. It is well equipped, including a washing machine and dryer. The overall design impressed us very pleasantly. Right next to the apartment is a shared pool, great access. The staff was helpful and kept us informed on topics that may affect us. In our case, a planned power outage in town or an approaching hurricane.

This little boutique hotel was amazing. The property is small with only a handful of rooms but it was beautiful! We were literally right on the beach which is great. You walk out of your room onto the sand. Sandra the lady who runs it is amazing are beyond helpful. The only this which would make it better is if there was a shared pool, but you would need to book the front penthouse if you want a pool.
